Founded 1929 as a private institution,Det Fynske Musikkonservatorium became a government institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs 1972. Reoganised and merged with the Academic of Music and Music Communication in Esberg, and the Acting school in Odense, 2010.
