It is a semi-public university founded in 2010 under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education, of Scientific research and managerial staff Training. It delivers double-degrees, in collaboration with foreign universities, in law, engineering and other sciences. UIR supports development projects in the country through training, research, innovation and technology transfer.
